Dr. Zuo was Managing Director of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX), General Manager of a technology company for HKEX, also a member of the Technical Committee of the China Securities Depository and Clearing Limited (CSDC).

Mr. Cheng Yue

Mr. Cheng focuses on building the company’s cybersecurity infrastructure and ensuring internal information security. Mr. Cheng was CTO of Deon Digital in Hong Kong, where he designed their PatentNet system and introduced the concept of modularized digital contracts, allowing contracts to be signed digitally via eID. During 2017-2018, Mr. Cheng was an Associate Technical Director at TUS Financial Group, where his responsibilities included reviewing cross-border investment projects from a technology perspective, managing the company’s smart-city project and implementing a blockchain system to conduct cross-border payments.

Responsible Officer of the Manager with the Securities and Futures Commission to carry out the regulated activities of Type 1 (Dealing in Securities), Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 ( Asset Management).

Luo Xinghua

Responsible Officer and Fund Manager

10+ years of experience in traditional and virtual asset investment and management Consultant at BBShares Capital Management, a fund house registered by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA), responsible for advising its virtual asset fund establishment, portfolio construction, asset allocation, operations and internal control Co-founded a private hedge fund in Shanghai and was in charge of investment strategy. Prior to that, worked for Citigroup (New York) and Ping An Group.

Tony Chang

At Tykhe, Tony is responsible for the development of Tykhe's security token offering (STO) business and the project lead of PRINCE Token project, the first real estate fund tokenization managed by a Hong Kong licensed asset manager. Prior to his role at Tykhe Group, Tony led the product strategy and partnership across Tykhe’s subsidiaries from custody, payment to trading platform; particularly, he drove a number of banking and brokerage partnerships focusing on providing enabling infrastructure for financial market intermediaries to enter Web3.
